- For qualified applicants living outside of the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region and its environs, the test and interview will take place via audio/video conference at the candidate’s closest location (Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Peshawar).
- However, only shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for the posts advertised in BPS-01 to BPS-04 will be called for an interview.
- Those who are already employed in a government organization can apply through the proper channel with a minimum age of five years already included.
- Further age relaxation will be given as per government law.
- Application processing fee @ Rs. 600/- (for posts BPS-05 to BPS-16) can be deposited in HEC Online Account No. 17427900133401 registered with Habib Bank Ltd for this purpose. It has been archived and the receipt certificate can be uploaded on his HEC website۔
- Whoever will be selected again can be placed on jobs anywhere in Pakistan.
- No TA/DA will be given to the candidates.
- HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without giving reasons and to increase or decrease the number of vacancies as necessary.
- The last date for submission of applications is April 1, 2024.
- Applications not filled correctly or late will not be considered.
